If you have any feedback relating to the service provided at the GP surgery please attend one of the meetings listed in the leaflet below if you possibly can.  If you are unable to attend you can email your feedback to the Healthwatch team or alternatively you can drop off written feedback in a sealed envelope addressed to 'Healthwatch' before the 27th January and we will pass your comments along.
